6. pour glaze over roast and return to oven. Reserve some glaze to do second coating
7. Cook to nice golden brown.
8. I served it with Basmati rice, brussel sprouts and kernel corn with butter. I also made a gravy from the boiling water off the veg, thickened with Bisto and flour slurry. Turned out excellent!Everybody was going back for 2nds and 3rds.
