  6. Repeat drying skin side and reapplying mix 2 and roast from another 20 min
  7. Take out of oven immediately and let it cool down for about 15 mins. Don't let it cool down in oven because skin will lose crispiness.
  8. Cut up the pork into small pieces and enjoy!
